A painting of young Phèdre nó Delaunay of the Kushiel Legacy Trilogy by writer Jacqueline Carey. This would be about halfway through the first book, before her life changed forever. I tried to capture a bit of a carefree, and slightly shallow, Phèdre. I plan on doing a portrait of her in Skaldia, as a companion piece to this.

Phèdre belongs to Jacqueline Carey; I'm just a rabid fan ^^
Edit: Changed her eyes a bit to make her dart more apparent, did some more work to her hair and hand.
